Notes Fetched with curl on 2026-10-10 (the 2026-10-02 attempt had hit a firewall page). This is the portal's "view whole law" page (LawView.aspx), which holds every article; the Word export (LawViewWord.aspx) returned the same HTML and the PDF link (LocalPdfLaw.aspx) returned an empty page. The page says the displayed text should not be considered official ("الرجاء عدم اعتبار المادة المعروضة أعلاه رسمية") and carries a general "all rights reserved" notice of the Government of Qatar; no term found that forbids reproducing legislation (the earlier copy from the same portal is already stored). Same Hijri/Gregorian mismatch on the law card as the earlier copy (04/09/2018 shown with 13/12/1438).
