What the document holds
BOI LTR visa website (stored 2026): TIESC (opened 17 March 2025), what the LTR visa is and the target of one million wealthy or talented residents in five years, privileges, four visa types with criteria (Highly Skilled, Work-from-Thailand, Wealthy Global Citizens, Wealthy Pensioners) and dependants, application process (20 working days endorsement, 1-3 days pre-approval, visa within 60 days, 50,000 Baht fee, work permit 3-5 days and 3,000 Baht a year), contact form, application channels (direct or VFS Global). No statistics on visas issued. Taken: the target, processing time and all amounts/periods for the investor-linked categories and dependants (investment, assets and visa fee already in the data). A commented-out line in the page source repeats an older US$80,000 income test for Wealthy Global Citizens; not taken (not displayed). Not taken (out of scope): income/employer thresholds and work-experience rules of the Highly Skilled and Work-from-Thailand categories. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
