About the document

What it covers Art. 25(3): foreigners may apply for investment immigration; once approved and the investment made, permanent residence is granted. Art. 35 leaves investment targets and fund management to MOI rules.

Notes Historical version page of the MOJ database. The 1999 original (lnndate=19990521) and 2002-2003 versions were also read: they contain no investment route to permanent residence for foreigners (only quota exemption for residence by investment, art. 21).
