Law No. 3180-IX of 29 June 2023 amending the Law on Immigration: new definitions (mass arrival = immigrants over 10% of population; continuous residence = single trips under 90 days and 180 days a year), quota set only on mass arrival, family-member category (spouse married over 2 years, children under 18), new category for 5 years' continuous temporary residence, documents, fee of 0.5 subsistence minimum, 6-month (abroad: 1-year) decision deadline, refusal grounds, residence card rules (apply within 1 year, issued in 15 working days), cancellation and departure deadlines; in force 3 months after publication. The investor category itself is not amended. The quota change was already recorded as an event from the consolidated law. This pass added 7 rules (fee, two decision deadlines, residence-card application deadline and issue time, child age, spouse marriage duration). Not recorded: definitions and departure deadlines that do not bear on the investor route.
