What the document holds

DHS Office of Homeland Security Statistics, Yearbook of Immigration Statistics 2023, Lawful Permanent Residents workbook (TOC plus Tables 1-12 and Supplemental Tables 1-4). In scope: Table 6 row 'Fifth: Employment creation (investors)' FY2014-FY2023 in the TOTAL, ADJUSTMENTS OF STATUS and NEW ARRIVALS blocks (30 values, already in the data), and Table 7 (FY2023) 'Fifth: Employment creation (investors)' total (11930 / 1480 / 10440, same as Table 6, already in the data) and its 24 detailed class rows (C51-C58, E56/E57/E53, I51-I58, T51-T58, R51/R52/R53: principal, spouse and child, new arrival or adjustment), now extracted. Table 7 cells are rounded to tens: the 24 detailed rows add to 11900 against the printed total 11930 (adjustments 1480 and new arrivals 10440 add up within rounding too), a rounding difference the table's own note warns about. Out of scope: all other classes of admission, and Tables 1-5 and 8-12 and the supplemental tables, which give country of birth/last residence, state, CBSA, age, sex and occupation only for all LPRs or for broad classes ('Employment-based preferences'), with no EB-5 split.
