In scope: Table 6 (PDF pp. 23-24) row 'Fifth: Employment creation (investors)' FY2004-FY2013 in the TOTAL block (10 values, already in the data), the ADJUSTMENTS OF STATUS and NEW ARRIVALS blocks (20 values, now extracted; adjustments plus new arrivals equal the total in every year), and Table 7 (FY2013, PDF pp. 27-28) EB-5 total (8,543 / 1,231 / 7,312, same as Table 6) and its detailed class rows (C51-C58, I51-I58, T51-T58, R51-R57): 17 printed values extracted (of 22 class rows); 5 rows (R51, R56, C57, R57, R53) are 'D', withheld by DHS and have no value. The printed class rows add to 8,508; the 35 difference from 8,543 is in the withheld D cells. Out of scope: other classes of admission; LPR tables by country, state, CBSA and demographics give only all-class or broad-class ('Employment-based preferences') figures; nonimmigrant tables count treaty investors (E-2), a different, non-immigrant category; refugees, naturalization and enforcement tables.
