What the document holds

Report of the Visa Office FY2015: preference immigrant visas issued by consular posts abroad, by foreign state of chargeability (country of birth), grouped by region. The file has 24 pages: earlier parts (pp. 1-18) cover family-sponsored and the other employment preferences, out of scope. Table VI (Part IV) (PDF pp. 19-24) gives EB-5 by class: 5th Employment Creation (C5), 5th Target Employment Areas (T5), 5th Regional Pilot Program (R5), 5th Regional Target Areas (I5) and 5th Total, plus all-employment-preference totals and grand totals (out of scope). Extracted: EB-5 total for every listed foreign state including zeros, the printed dependent-area TOTAL rows, the six region totals and the grand total; the four class columns for every row with a non-zero EB-5 total, for every region and for the grand total. Checks: every row's four classes add to its 5th Total; each region's countries add to the printed region total; the six regions add to the grand total (8,773); dependent areas add to their printed TOTAL rows. A stray line of four zeros on the wrapped 'South Sandwich Islands' name line is a layout artefact, not a separate row.
