What the document holds

USCIS receipts of Forms I-526 and I-526E for FY2026 to 30 June 2026 (sheets I-526 Summary, I-526E Summary), by month, set-aside/investment type (high unemployment, rural, both, infrastructure, unreserved, unknown) and country of birth. Every cell for October 2025-June 2026 and the year-to-date Total column recorded (860 values); all month, set-aside and country checks add up to the printed totals. The July-September 2026 columns print 0 only because the quarter had not happened when the data were queried (07/2026); not recorded, as they are not counts for those months.

About the document

What it covers Same layout as the FY2025 file (sheets I-526 Summary, I-526E Summary): receipts by month, set-aside/investment type and country of birth (China, India, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, rest of world) for FY2026 Q1-Q3 (October 2025 to June 2026).

Notes NPD queried 07/2026 (TRK 21800). Published date from the server Last-Modified header (8 Sep 2026). The July-September 2026 columns print 0 because the quarter had not yet happened; those cells are not recorded. The file says counts may differ from earlier periods because of system updates.
