Uzbek Presidential Decree PF-67 of 18 Apr 2025 (lex.uz, consolidated with later amendment notes) on stimulating production, exports and business: competition in the domestic market, certification and technical regulation, customs and tax administration, production costs, export expansion (export duties, trade houses abroad up to USD 50,000 a year), investment promotion (para 26: from 1 June 2025 a 5-year residence permit in a simplified procedure for payments of USD 250,000 plus USD 150,000 per family member: spouse, child, parents), control and execution (in force immediately, para 29), and annexed lists of goods removed from mandatory certification and inspection. Para 26 is the only provision on residence or foreigners; it was fully recorded by the earlier pass (3 rules, 2 events). This pass read the whole decree and found nothing else in scope: the other sections are trade, customs, export and industry measures unrelated to the residence programme. No rows added.
