Presidential Decree UP-5611 of 5 January 2019 on tourism development, current edition (to 5 June 2023): tourism concept 2019-2025 and road maps (Annexes 1-4), visa categories and consular fees (Annex 5, para 4: out of scope), para 5 residence permit for buyers of real estate (USD 300,000 Tashkent city and region after UP-101 of 8 April 2022; USD 200,000 six regions; USD 100,000 Karakalpakstan and other regions), Annex 6 list of 111 eligible countries (wording of UP-52 of 15 January 2022), working group (Annexes 7-8). Tourism export figures in the concept are out of scope. This pass added the Annex 6 list as a rule (eligible_countries: 111, with ISO codes) and the 15 January 2022 replacement of the list as an event.
