Reviewed. Nothing in it belongs in the tables; it is cited for background.

What the document holds

Investment, Trade and Business Development Act 2022 (Act 18 of 2022; published 16 Nov 2022, commenced 13 Jan 2023; this version valid to 17 Apr 2024): investment licences, permits and certificates of registration (5-year validity), investor guarantees and repatriation, investment incentives (s. 30: tax incentives for a local investor from USD 50,000, citizen-owned company USD 100,000, citizen empowerment company USD 150,000, citizen-influenced company USD 500,000, or any investor USD 1 million), special economic zones, trade and business development. It has no immigration or residence provision: its 'permit' is a business permit and its thresholds earn tax incentives, not residence, so nothing belongs in the tables (decision 15). Its commencement is already noted in the ZDA Act repeal event. This pass added nothing.
