What the document holds
Statutory Instrument 113 of 2021 (in force 1 Jan 2022) replacing the Fourth Schedule of immigration fees, in fee units: private-sector permits (study, residence, diplomatic, spouse, temporary, temporary employment, employment, investor's, cross-border, transit, visiting, border pass), government/NGO rates, and visa fees in USD. In scope: the investor's permit fees and the residence (permanent) permit issuance fee; the other permit and visa fees are out of scope. This pass added: investor's permit duplicate, spouse/child addition and four variation fees, the residence permit issuance fee (7 rules) and the 1 Jan 2022 fee-schedule event.
