What the document holds

IMF 2022 Article IV staff report (Country Report 23/184, 85 pp.): press release, staff report, annexes (external assessment, DSA, labour market, climate), statistical tables (several as images). CIP content: Table 3a (o/w CIP revenue EC$ million 2017-2027) and Table 3b (% of GDP 2017-2027), both images read by OCR; text on lower CIP revenue (EU/US scrutiny, Russia sanctions), AML/CFT and CIP agents, risk matrix, DSA stress scenario. Rows already in data: EC$ 2017-2021. Added: EC$ 2022-2027 projections and all 11 % of GDP values. Not extracted: Figure 2 chart of revenue including CIP (no printed values); the DSA primary-balance shock (an assumed 2% of GDP deterioration 'owing to a slowdown in CIP revenues', a stress assumption, not a CIP figure). Everything else is out of scope.

About the document

What it covers CIP revenue 2017-2021 (2021 prel.) and projections 2022-2027

Notes Central government operations table has an 'o/w CIP revenue' line under capital revenue (EC$ million and % of GDP). Historical columns come from the country authorities. The IMF does not define the line precisely in these tables; the 2014 report footnote says it is 'CIP processing fees and NDF contributions collected by central government'. Tables in this PDF are images; values were read from the page image.
