What the document holds

IMF Country Report 24/22 (Jan 2024): press release, staff report text, Tables 1-6 (selected indicators, gross financing needs, central government operations in EC$ and % of GDP, monetary survey, debt, balance of payments), annexes (past advice, risk matrix, external sector, debt sustainability with charts, tourism, global financial conditions) and informational annex. Programme content: 'o/w CIP revenue' line 2018-2028 in Tables 3a (EC$m) and 3b (% of GDP), now all extracted (2018-2022 were already in the data); qualitative remarks on CIP/AML frameworks, CIP agents, outreach to diversify applicants, risk of lower CIP revenue. Out of scope: macro, fiscal, debt and BoP figures; BoP 'Capital transfers' (Table 6) is said in Annex III to be mainly CBI inflows but is not a CBI line, so not extracted. No chart shows CIP.

About the document

What it covers CIP revenue 2018-2022 (2022 prel.) and projections 2023-2028

Notes Central government operations table has an 'o/w CIP revenue' line under capital revenue (EC$ million and % of GDP). Historical columns come from the country authorities. The IMF does not define the line precisely in these tables; the 2014 report footnote says it is 'CIP processing fees and NDF contributions collected by central government'.
