About the document
What it covers Text of § 10 StbG as republished in 1985, including the constitutional provision § 10(4) (extraordinary achievements, in particular in scientific, economic, artistic or sporting fields, in the interest of the Republic), with the note that this wording comes from BGBl. Nr. 394/1973, Art. I Z 5.
Notes Consolidated (not authentic) historical text from RIS. published_date is not printed; RIS prints only the Kundmachungsorgan BGBl. Nr. 311/1985 and Inkrafttretensdatum 31.07.1985. The 1973 amendment itself (BGBl. Nr. 394/1973) and the 1965 Act (BGBl. Nr. 250/1965) were not read: the historical BGBl archive (ALEX, ONB) is behind a bot check.
