What the document holds
Consolidated text of § 10 StbG 1985 in force from 12 Jun 2026 (RIS page, with list of earlier versions back to 1985): general naturalisation conditions (§ 10(1): ten years' lawful residence of which five settled, no convictions, secured livelihood etc.; (2) bars; (3) renunciation of former nationality; (5) livelihood test averaged over 36 months of the last six years) and the constitutional provision § 10(6): the federal government's confirmation of extraordinary past and expected achievements in the special interest of the Republic waives § 10(1) Z 1 (residence) and Z 7 (livelihood) and § 10(3) (renunciation); § 10(7) allows a procedural regulation (BGBl. II 39/2014). No amounts, fees or counts for the programme; the residence and income numbers are conditions of ordinary naturalisation that § 10(6) waives, so they are not terms of this programme. The version list is about § 10 as a whole, not § 10(6) (whose wording per the source notes is unchanged), so no events added.
