Programme content: item 16501 'Economic Citizenship Programme' (the only CBI line); the two forward-year columns (2014/15, 2015/16) are now recorded as projection, the other four were already recorded. Item 13505 'Citizenship Application Fees' (Justice/Immigration, ordinary naturalisation fees) is not the CBI programme and is out of scope; all other lines are other revenues.
