Programme content: the CBI revenue line in the revenue summary (every column now recorded: actual, prior-year estimate, prior-year projected/revised, budget year and two forward years as projection), the revenue detail by item (16501 programme account, 16503 agency fees, 16504 Economic Diversification Fund / Investment Fee, 16505 application fee, 16506 due diligence, 16507 certificate of naturalization; recorded as cbi_fiscal_revenue with category=; items add up to the printed total within EC$1 rounding), and the CBI share of budgeted recurrent revenue on the pie chart (36%). Capital revenue and all other items are not CBI; 13505 Citizenship Application Fees is ordinary naturalisation, out of scope.
