PM Decree 3562 of 18 Sep 2023 (Gazette No. 37 bis, pp. 2-4) amending Decrees 3099/2019 and 647/2020: Art. 1 property route becomes any property of at least USD 300,000 (no longer state-owned); Art. 2 USD 10,000 fee may be paid as EGP equivalent by bank transfer from abroad; Art. 3 six documents required for the property route including a 5-year no-sale undertaking; Art. 4 in force the next day. Property term and event were already recorded; fee and holding period added as terms. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
