What the document holds

HMRC annual report and accounts 2023 to 2024 (324 pp.). In scope only PDF p. 41: almost 152,000 Fraud Reporting Gateway reports and informant payments of £989,256 (both already recorded). Internal staff whistleblowing table (Table 1, PDF p. 49: 65 and 92 cases). Out of scope: everything else in the report (tax receipts, compliance yield, customer service, workforce, accounts). HMRC's internal staff whistleblowing ('Our approach to whistleblowing') counts concerns raised by HMRC employees under its own policy, not informants or the reward scheme, so they are not recorded.
