What the document holds
UK Anti-Corruption Strategy 2025 (121 pp., whole text searched). On rewards: commitment 1.1.3 (para 39.III, due 2026) to consider the Fisher review and assess financial incentive schemes for reporting economic crime (already recorded as an event); 1.1.4 (due 2027) reform whistleblowing in employment. Figures present but out of scope: SFO Intelligence Division about 1,450 referrals and 167 whistleblowing disclosures in 2024-25 (footnote 41; SFO has no reward programme), IACCC requests and assets, a Cardiff Council whistleblower-initiated bribery case (no reward). Nothing new added. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
