Grenada Citizenship by Investment (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2024 (S.R.O. No. 15 of 2024)

Grenada S.R.O. 15 of 2024 (in force 1 July 2024): replacement Schedule I with NTF amounts (US$235,000 for main applicant and up to 3 dependants; US$25,000/50,000/75,000 per extra dependant by type), approved-project minimum US$350,000 and shared unit US$270,000 per share (total US$540,000), government contributions for approved projects and significant investments (US$50,000 plus 25,000/50,000/75,000 per dependant), and developer fees (application US$10,000, due diligence US$7,500 each for developer and directors, project administration US$20,000 a year, start-date extension US$10,000). All recorded as program terms; repeals S.R.O. 12 of 2024.
