Has everything in it been taken?

Reviewed. Nothing in it belongs in the tables; it is cited for background.
What the document holds
Text of the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act 2004 (16 sections: citizenship by birth for children of non-nationals, reckonable residence, naturalisation conditions, offences with fines up to €3,000/€50,000). The Act does not mention investment; section 10 (inserting s.16(2) into the 1956 Act) defines 'Irish associations' as blood, affinity or adoption, which removed the basis of the investment scheme. That change is already an event (2004-12-15, sourced to the Dáil debate irl-dail-debate-2004-10-27). No programme numbers or terms; commencement by ministerial order (date not in the text).
