What the document holds
Ministry of Investment criteria (19 pages, Apr 2023) under Cabinet decisions 3657 (2021) and 6404 (2022): eligible productive sectors; deposit+bonds, shares, new project and existing project routes with amounts, jobs, holding periods and procedure; 5-year residence for JOD 200,000 property (application within 3 months of purchase); family rules (sons under 18; sons 18-30 if investment over USD 3m); six commercial-sector routes with company investment, assets, investor share and job thresholds; employment route (150/100 jobs, kept 2 years); security approval as precondition; withdrawal on breach; required-document lists (out of scope). All amounts and periods recorded. The Arabic-Indic digits are misread by the text layer and were checked on the page images; where the text layer and OCR disagreed the image was read directly.
