About the document
What it covers Royal Gazette review: more than 650 new citizenships announced in 2023 (about half China-born), five in the 61 gazettes of 2024.
Notes Gives the thresholds as 1 billion / 1.25 billion riel for 'investments and donations ... respectively', which reverses the 1996 law (donation 1 billion, investment 1.25 billion), and describes the 1996 law although the 2018 law had replaced it.
