Contents: procedure and documents for claiming nationality by marriage (12 months' residence, 45/30/15 working-day review steps, appeal within 30 working days); naturalisation procedure and documents for residence, investment, donation and special-merit routes, spouses and minor children (criminal record from age 14), 45-working-day review, fee by inter-ministerial prakas (no amount), Royal Decree, oath before ID and passport; investment route: own capital of at least KHR 4,000,000,000 actually spent, in priority sectors and project types listed in the annex, plus tax compliance and an investment plan, assessed by the Ministry of Interior, lawful source of funds (Arts. 29-30); donation route: personal cash donation of at least KHR 12,000,000,000 to the national budget via the Ministry of Economy and Finance (Art. 31); renunciation (30/30/10 working days); deprivation of nationality and a 15-member national commission; repeal of Sub-decree 112 of 2018 (Art. 58); in force from signature. Annex: 12 priority sectors and project types (agriculture, agro-industry, food processing, import-substituting manufacturing, tourism, digital, high-tech/R&D, SMEs and industrial/science parks, high value-added manufacturing, regional and global value chains, SME finance, affordable housing; the last line is cut off in the scan).
