Programme content: CIU collected almost $443 million (recorded) = government fees $168m + Hurricane Relief Fund $139m + Sustainable Growth Fund $78m + application fees $12m + background checks $46m (components now recorded; they add up to 443); CIU 45% of recurrent revenue (recorded) and 36% of operating cash receipts (recorded). No CBI items among the 2019 appropriation warrants. Hurricane Relief Programme (decision 16): listed among unbudgeted capital additions with no amount (no row), $17 million spent (recorded as cbi_option_financed_spending, with a note that the report does not trace which money came from CBI). No balance of the Hurricane Relief Fund is printed. Year-on-year changes and variances against the revenue projection are printed but not recorded (derived comparisons; the projection itself is not printed). Out of scope: other departments' revenue, taxes, expenditure, debt, deposit accounts and the special audits.
