What the document holds
IMF Country Report 21/236 (2021 Article IV, 72 pages). Programme content: CBI terms in 2021 (SGF, real estate; new Alternative Investment and Private Homes options); CBI budgetary receipts in EC$ and percent of GDP 2016-2026 (text table p. 17, variance table p. 11, Tables 2, 3a, 3b and press-release Table 1, all images except the text tables); CBI due diligence costs 2016-2026; overall and primary balances excluding CBI; balance of payments with CBI budgetary fees and the current account excluding CBI receipts; fiscal scenarios by CBI path 2020-2030; averages of CBI revenue (10 percent of GDP 2012-19 and 2011-2020, 11 percent and 30 percent of revenue since 2012, 13 percent 2018-20, 9.5 percent of GDP inflows over 5 years). Charts (pp. 9, 32, 33) have no printed values. Not recorded as separate rows: text repetitions of table values ('13 percent of GDP, up from 10 percent in 2020'; Executive Director's statement repeating the 11 and 30 percent averages), the 2020 budget variance (-39, -1.5 percent of GDP), the BOP 'Citizenship-by-investment budgetary fees' line (identical to the fiscal series), and changes in current-account contributions ('4 1/2 percentage points'). Rest of the report (tourism, banking, debt-land swap, pensions, DSA) is out of scope.
