What the document holds
IMF Country Report 14/49, St. Kitts and Nevis Fifth and Sixth Reviews under the Stand-By Arrangement (staff report July 2013; the stored PDF text repeats the report): Box 2 on the CBI programme (fee collections over 7 percent of GDP in 2012, recorded earlier); CBI over-performance relative to the stand-by programme now recorded with proposed indicator cbi_outturn_vs_target: EC$91 million and 4.6 percent of GDP in 2012, "almost three times" the amount envisaged, and EC$48.5 million in 2013Q1 (MEFP). The fiscal surplus over-performance (5.7 percent of GDP) and the EC$164 million surplus are general fiscal figures, out of scope. Programme terms in Box 2 were taken by the rules passes; sugar-industry figures belong to the sugar topic.
