Out of scope: all other revenue and expenditure lines; 'Fees - Certificate of Citizenship' (ordinary naturalisation) and passport fees; item 61-41 'Hurricane Relief Fund' under the Public Works/Housing (later Agriculture) revenue, which predates and is not the CBI Hurricane Relief Fund contribution; item 61-61 'Investment Proceeds' (not labelled as CBI); the salary-scale annex, which lists the posts of Director of the Citizenship by Investment Unit and Operations Manager, CIU, with general grade salaries.
