Programme content: corruption reports received by year 2002-2010 (total, corruption allegations, Code of Conduct violations, general grievances); reports handled by outcome; reports transferred to investigative agencies by year with investigation results and substantiation rates, by receiving agency and (for 2010) by sector and type; people indicted/reprimanded and money levied; insider whistle-blowing referrals; protection requests by year and type with outcomes; fines for identity-protection breaches; honours and award money for informants; reward applications, approvals, recovered amounts and reward money by year 2002-2010; and the legislative history of the Public Interest Whistleblower Protection bill (2008-2010). Rest of the report (ombudsman complaints, integrity assessments, corruption impact assessment, officials dismissed for corruption, subsidy inspections, Code of Conduct operation, education, administrative appeals) is out of scope. Reward-table total for recovered amount is misprinted ("21,954,733,31") and 2010 is printed "45,05,568,093" (already recorded as 4505568093); text gives "almost 22 billion won" (recorded). Bill milestones (submitted to National Assembly 29 Oct 2009, etc.) not recorded as events because the Act itself (2011) is already an event. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
