The text says the Act took effect "Dec. 30, 2011" (misprint for 30 Sep 2011); the Jan. 14, 2014 revision on political-activity orders is mentioned without saying which Act, not recorded. Rest of the report (ombudsman, integrity, Corruption Inspection Team, dismissed officials, Code of Conduct, education, appeals) is out of scope.
