Not recorded: year-on-year % changes in the public-interest table (derived from recorded counts); 2016 subsidy-fraud reports +15.2% (no base count printed); 468 institutions / 331 with operational regulations and 45.6% of local governments (organisational context); the False Claims bill (resubmitted June 2016, rewards up to KRW 3 billion proposed: a bill, not a rule). The subsidy centre is dated 6 Jan 2015 here but 19 Jan 2015 in the 2015 report. Rest of the report (complaints, appeals, integrity policies, guidelines for businesses, Code of Conduct, training) is out of scope.
