The table "Result of Cases Referred & Forwarded" was read using word positions; the text's "imposition of fine for 1,425 cases" conflicts with the table (80). Rest of the report (complaints, appeals, integrity policy, other Graft Act operation such as education and surveys, training, institutional improvement) is out of scope.
