What is left
Two pie charts on PDF p. 1 (images, no text layer: '분야별 보상금 지급 건수' and '분야별 보상금 지급액') give the count and amount for every area, including the small slices the text does not list (e.g. 의료, 기타, 환경국토). text recognition (OCR) with kor+eng (labels isolated by colour, 2x scale) reads the large slices that match the text but cannot reliably tie the small labels to their values (e.g. '억' read as digits, labels outside the pie lost). Read the charts by eye and add the remaining slices.
What the document holds
ACRC press release of 18 Jul 2024 on Q2 2024 rewards (4 pages): 110 people, about KRW 1.09 billion, 107 cases, revenue recovered about KRW 11.9 billion (already in the data); counts for the three largest areas and amounts for the four largest areas from the text (added); top-up payments to 29 people (KRW 100 million+, added); eight reward cases (added); the decree rule that only part of a reward is paid first when recovery is below 50% (art. 79(2); no rule type, described in notes). Korean amounts: 억 = 100,000,000 and 만 = 10,000. A figure printed with 억 only is recorded in 억 (scale 'hundred million', e.g. 1.6억 = 1.6); one printed with 억 plus 천만/만 (e.g. 2억8천여만) is recorded in units of 만 원 (scale 'ten thousand': 2억8천만 = 28000), as earlier Korean rows do.
