ACRC press release of 22 Sep 2026 (4 pages incl. an infographic): the Cabinet approves the three decree amendments (flat 30%, no cap; in force 29 Sep 2026 for applications filed afterwards); the event and the rules for the three laws are already in the data; added: the same change for Graft Act and Conflict of Interest Act reports (cap KRW 3 billion abolished, flat 30%). The infographic on p. 4 (image, OCR kor+eng) repeats the text (4-30% to 30%, 30억 cap abolished, five laws); no new numbers. Korean amounts: 억 = 100,000,000 and 만 = 10,000. A figure printed with 억 only is recorded in 억 (scale 'hundred million', e.g. 1.6억 = 1.6); one printed with 억 plus 천만/만 (e.g. 2억8천여만) is recorded in units of 만 원 (scale 'ten thousand': 2억8천만 = 28000), as earlier Korean rows do.
