Programme content: monetary awards (포상금, art. 35: up to KRW 50 million; self-disclosure up to 20% of the amount reported and KRW 200 million), reward grounds (art. 35-2; fines and penalties excluded), Reward Committee (9 members), reward schedule (annex 1: 20% up to 1억, then 14%, 10%, 6%, 4%), cap KRW 2 billion (art. 40(3)), no reward for audit/investigation officials on their own duties (art. 41; the earlier 50% cut for other officials is gone), joint reports, payment after recovery with up to 50% withheld until recovery starts (art. 44), clawback; addendum: new schedule applies to reports received after the decree. Intermediate bands of the reward schedules are not separate rows (only top and bottom rates, as earlier passes did); the 1,000-won rounding rule is not recorded.
