ACRC Act Enforcement Decree, consolidated version in force 19 Nov 2014 (Presidential Decree 25751, an amendment through another decree), full text with addenda since 2008 and reason statement (about the Ministry of the Interior reorganisation, out of scope). Programme content: same reward rules as 2008 except the award (포상금) cap raised to KRW 100 million by the amendment of 28 May 2009 (art. 71(2), for reports received afterwards). Added: the KRW 100 million award cap (2009-05-28 to 2015-10-19) and its event. The other reward rules restate the 2005/2008 text already recorded. Out of scope throughout: the commission's organisation and complaint handling, protection procedures and their deadlines (60-day protection decisions, 7-day objections, etc.), penalty schedules (fines for negligence 과태료, non-compliance charges 이행강제금, surcharges on fraudsters 제재부가금), employment limits and citizen audit requests. Intermediate bands of the reward schedules are not separate rows (only top and bottom rates, as earlier passes did); the 1,000-won rounding rule is not recorded. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
