Programme content: award cap raised to KRW 200 million, self-disclosure award to 30% and KRW 500 million (art. 71), reward schedule 30% down to 4% (annex 1), reward cap KRW 3 billion (art. 77(3)); reports received before 20 Oct 2015 keep the old rules (addendum art. 2); also a procedural change to challenges of commission members (out of scope).
