ACRC Act Enforcement Decree as amended by Presidential Decree 36730 (promulgated and in force 29 Sep 2026), full consolidated text, addenda, reason statement. Programme content: reward = flat 30% of the recovered amount (art. 77(1)), KRW 3 billion cap and annex 2 schedule deleted; applications filed before 29 Sep 2026 keep the old schedule (addendum art. 2); reduction grounds now set out separately for awards (art. 71(3)) and rewards (art. 77(2)); award clawback paragraph deleted. Restates the award cap KRW 500 million, the KRW 300,000 minimum, the 50% up-front share and the relief rules (recorded from the 2026-03 version, whose rows have no end date). Already in the data: flat 30% (min and max), cap abolished, the 2026-09-29 event. Nothing new to add. Out of scope throughout: the commission's organisation and complaint handling, protection procedures and their deadlines (60-day protection decisions, 7-day objections, etc.), penalty schedules (fines for negligence 과태료, non-compliance charges 이행강제금, surcharges on fraudsters 제재부가금), employment limits and citizen audit requests. Intermediate bands of the reward schedules are not separate rows (only top and bottom rates, as earlier passes did); the 1,000-won rounding rule is not recorded.
