Programme content: annex 1 of covered laws deleted (moved to the Act), internal whistleblowers defined (art. 3-2) and rewards limited to them, cap raised to KRW 2 billion (art. 22(2), reports from 25 Jan 2016), no reward of KRW 200,000 or less (art. 22(3), amended 2 Sep 2014), monetary awards (포상금) created with a KRW 200 million cap (arts. 25-2, 25-3), relief may be cut on the reward grounds (art. 26(4), 2014), non-compliance charges (out of scope).
