PIWPA Enforcement Decree as amended by Presidential Decree 34783 (in force 7 Aug 2024), full consolidated text, addenda, reason statement. Programme content: KRW 3 billion reward cap removed (art. 22(2)), lawyers assisting internal whistleblowers paid by the ACRC with clawback rules (arts. 6-2, 6-3; no amounts), up-front payment up to 50% reworded (art. 23(2)), information on damage-causers for relief recourse (art. 27-3). Schedule (30%-4%), KRW 300,000 minimum and KRW 500 million award cap restated (recorded from the 2023 version). Already in the data: cap abolished. Intermediate bands of the reward schedules are not separate rows (only top and bottom rates, as earlier passes did); the 1,000-won rounding rule is not recorded.
