Has everything in it been taken?

Not extractableReviewed 11 Oct 2026

Reviewed. Everything readable has been taken; what is left cannot be read as data (for example charts without printed values, or missing pages). We never estimate values from a picture.

What is left

On the maps on p. 20 (applications received) and p. 22 (granted), only labelled countries print a count (14 labels, sum 271 of 408; 16 labels, sum 257 of 313; all recorded); shaded countries without a label (e.g. United Kingdom, France, Nigeria on p. 20) have no printed count. The monthly granted/denied charts (p. 24) print no values (the alien landholding charts on pp. 25-26 are out of scope and also unlabelled).

What the document holds

CIP Saint Lucia Annual Report 2020-2021 (70 pp.): Chairman's statement (568 new citizens, NEF XCD$38.5m, bonds XCD$17.9m, cumulative XCD$187.6m, 66-day processing, 24 Board meetings), 5-year review charts, real estate (100 received, 75 granted, XCD$7.4m fees), NEF transfers, maps of applications received and granted by country of birth, management tables, balance sheet and cash flow, NEF quarterly tables, audited financial statements with notes (all recorded, including Note 7 per-class movements, Note 11 and Note 17). Alien landholding figures are out of scope; the office lease table is administrative. This pass re-checked the to-do: nothing else extractable.
