Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), Saint Lucia · Government · 2022 · St Lucia

Has everything in it been taken?

Not extractableReviewed 11 Oct 2026

Reviewed. Everything readable has been taken; what is left cannot be read as data (for example charts without printed values, or missing pages). We never estimate values from a picture.

What is left

The quarterly received/granted/denied charts (pp. 23-24), the processing-time gauge (p. 23) and the cash-disbursement chart (p. 14) print no readable values.

What the document holds

Saint Lucia CIU annual report 2021/22 with audited financial statements: applications by quarter, country and route, approvals, denials, NEF donations, COVID-19 bonds, transfers, revenue, programme cost and operating expense management tables (pp. 29-31), staff figures, processing time, balance-sheet narrative, full financial statements and Notes 5-17 (all recorded in earlier passes). This pass added the 'Variance' (EC$) and '% Change' columns of the three management tables (cbi_unit_accounts_change, 60 rows), the overview's gross-revenue growth (62%) and its programme-cost increase of EC$8,115,207 (the table prints 8,112,507), and the revenue shares of administrative fees (37.24%), due diligence fees (31.72%) and the 20% marketing retention (24.33%). The p. 30 and p. 31 text changes repeat the table totals and were not stored twice. Alien landholding numbers (48 COE, 29 ALHL, >70 applications) are outside the programme and not recorded; the office lease table is administrative.
