Has everything in it been taken?

Not extractableReviewed 11 Oct 2026

Reviewed. Everything readable has been taken; what is left cannot be read as data (for example charts without printed values, or missing pages). We never estimate values from a picture.

What is left

(1) the map on PDF p. 25 (printed p. 20) prints counts only for labelled countries (27 countries, sum 330 of 544 granted; all recorded); shaded countries without a label have no printed count, and the region ranking 01-05 prints no numbers; (2) the staff growth figure is printed as 'grown by 00%' (a placeholder in the source), so no number can be read.

What the document holds

Saint Lucia CIU annual report 2022/23 (summary financial results, no full statements; the PDF text repeats the report): 7-year and 2022/23 applications, approvals and denials by quarter, country and route, investment contributions, NEF inflows, revenue and cost tables, surplus, transfers, staff, Board attendance, share of applications decided, staff movements, IT users, balance-sheet narrative and movement tables, map labels by country of birth (all recorded earlier). This pass added the Board's composition (five members; sixty percent accredited) under a proposed indicator. Alien landholding statistics (pp. 26-27) are out of scope.
