What the document holds

NAFSA advisory (updated 2 Feb 2026) on Proclamation 10998: full and partial US travel-ban lists from 1 Jan 2026 (Antigua and Barbuda and Dominica partial, citing CBI without residency; Saint Lucia absent); immigrant-visa pause for 23 countries from 21 Jan 2026. Overstay rates and other countries' grounds are out of scope (Tonga is on the partial list for non-CBI reasons). Saint Lucia event already in data; immigrant-visa pause event added.
