Saint Lucia National Economic Fund Act No. 18 of 2019 (8 pp.): establishes the NEF funded by CBI cash contributions (s. 36(4)(b) CBI Act), its functions (loans and investment in government-approved capital projects, debt reduction, bond purchases, non-recurrent Cabinet-approved purposes), a board of 5-7 members chaired by the Director of Finance, April-March financial year, audit, annual report (applications, amounts), repeal of s. 33 of the CBI Act. No programme amounts or fees. Assent (2 July 2019) was already an event; passage (13 June) and commencement (3 July) added.
