Government Resolution No. 1133 of 14 Nov 2018 (17 pp.), in force 1 Jan 2019, approving three procedures: (1) rewards for valuable information: one-off payment to recognised whistleblowers; conditions (valuable information that prevented or reduced damage, brought or saved funds, or helped prevent, stop or investigate a crime; no other payment for it); amount by reasonableness and proportionality; request form to the Prosecutor General's Office with name, birth date, contacts, account; commission of at least three members, extra data within at least 5 working days; decision within 3 months, notice within 5 working days, payment within 1 month net of taxes from the Prosecutor General's Office budget appropriations; repayment if knowingly false data; disputes under administrative procedure; (2) compensation for negative impact (same commission, 3-month decision, 1-month payment; no compensation if a reward was received or requested); (3) internal reporting channels (mandatory in public bodies and in entities with 50 or more employees; 2-working-day forwarding; 5-working-day reply; data kept at least 3 years) with report form.
