Programme content: Art. 11 (adult foreigner may be naturalised by exception from Art. 7 where of special scientific, economic, cultural or national interest; Government gives prior opinion; spouse may also be naturalised under Art. 9 conditions); Art. 12 (minor children naturalised with parents); Art. 14 (annulment for false data). General naturalisation conditions (15 years' residence etc.) and the passport law are context, not programme numbers. Already one event (dated to year 1992); no amounts or statistics.
