What the document holds

Second annual report of the IIP regulator (October 2015, Jul 2014-Jun 2015); see the earlier ledger entry for the statistics recorded. This pass added the restated rules (EUR 350,000 / 16,000 / 150,000, 1,800 cap, 12 months residence, 120-day deadline, EUR 5,000 first tranche, residence card validity 12 then 18 months), agent shares by type and their change column, agents not renewing (2) and retention (97.6%), new registrations (32) and the 35.3% increase, no accredited agents upgraded (implied 0), 2.4% of the cap used, the regulator's 20% audit sample and 20% of agents interviewed, and two sampled cases where the residence card was held under 12 months. Out of scope: Kochenov's 182-day remarks (no rule), the complaints form with a blank fee. Method for restated rules: every page searched for euro amounts, percentages, caps and day/month/year periods, and each hit read in context.
